This painting is part of a pair, with it's match being Triskel Shield, although they don't have to be purchased together. The idea for this pair actually came to me in a dream, as flaky as that sounds! I had a dream that I was attending an art show, and was walking around. I had met another artist who showed me their work, and so I offered to show them mine. We walked around the corner, and there they hung! These two pieces colored just as you see them here, with the Harlequin style diamond borders, and the little designs in the corners. The main designs are very traditional La Tene styled pieces.
